Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi enthusiastically threw flower petals back at a cheering crowd during a road-show in Karnataka.
On Sunday, as he received a thunderous welcome during a spectacular road show in this district headquarters city, Prime Minister Narendra Modi flung flower petals back at the throng many times. While the ruling BJP appeared focused on gaining a good number of seats in Old Mysuru region, where it is historically weak, a sizable crowd of applauding supporters had lined up on both sides of the path. Modi excitedly waved at them. In Karnataka, legislative elections are scheduled for May.
